Its definitely made a huge difference, I can see the changes in my body since starting with the serious mass. I use one scoop an hour before my gym session and one scoop before bed with a normal protein shake after the gym. Its worth investing in a decent blender as the usual protein shaker just doesn't cut it as there is a lot of powder in one scoop. I also found that using milk makes the shake too thick so I just use water to mix although it doesn't taste as nice with water. Well worth the cost.
