OPERNEE Automatic soap dispenser, stainless steel Countertop Touchless Sensor Soap with Waterproof Base, Handfree Auto-soap for Kitchen and Bathroom

I bought this soap dispenser the 29th of January. Six months later and it has started to get empty by itself. A bit spooky to hear the sound and see the light goes on even when I am sitting pretty far from it. Furthermore the compartment for the batteries is getting rusty even though no water is being splashed on it. I give it 2 stars because it was good to start with and nice looking.Update Oct., 2017:The seller has contacted me, and we are finding out a solution. As I understand it there is an updated version that will be available soon.

It arrived on time, and this automatic soap dispenser is perfect, just what I was looking for. Unlike other dispensers, with this one I can use my own soap. Plus having the option of three soap settings is very good. The only thing to watch out for is that it can sometimes dispense soap when not required if something moves near it. I'm very satisfied with this product and recommend it.

Still going well six months later. Only needed to change the batteries once so far. Easy to refill with soap as most liquid soap bottles can be balanced on top while they pour in. Just need to remember to turn it around by holding the top when wiping surfaces so as not to set it off accidentally but that's evidence of how well it detects hands under its sensor. Most importantly it looks good in the new kitchen and the children have never been so keen to be clean!

After 3 weeks of use it started to phantomly dispense out soap and drain out its contents.Even when for the 3 weeks it was working properly it would dispense out too much soap on a low setting. The base for the batteries is cheap plastic and does not protect from water.I have since been sent a replacement at no cost and I am happy so far with the product hence now a 4 star rating.High level customer service.

Its good, Its fancy, it does the job.But anyone that had never used it, wont know how to operate it and will try press it.My point... its slow!of course there are different settings. but the actual liquid that comes out is simply slow and small amount. therefore i would not recommend.believe me its slow! i no longer use it.regards to the settings has there was not previous explaitions. 3 settings, small amount, med, large amount. but the fact that its slow, you generally stick it on med/large and its just time consuming.

This soap dispenser looks good but after about a month the soap now dispenses looks sometimes and not others and the length of time that the dispenser varies every time.Updated 28/9/2017 The first dispenser I bought failed I contacted the company who took quite long time to get back to me but they eventually did and within a day they replaced the faulty dispenser, so you can't ask for more than that.

Nice dispenser. A little larger than I expected. Good size and adjustable measure. Don’t follow instructions for opening the base. It doesn’t screw off, the thin bottom plate clips out.More of an issue is that it takes many pumping actions by placing hands at IR receiver to make any liquid soap come out as though the liquid is needing to climb up the container, making the unit a nuisance and useless

Purchased in December and it was perfect for 6 weeks. Adjustable flow was good. Easy to use etc. Then it failed. It worked in the dark with no one near it. Funny perhaps but very annoying as the next day it was in a pool of soap. The product has a warranty which should help me in this sort of situation but no one will answer my e mails.
