Q: Do all the packing cubes fit in a carry on bag? We are not checking bags for our trip.

I used my carryon for a 4 day trip and I used all the cubes except one middle size. Those packed everything I needed clothes, makeup and shoe wise. Great fit organizing my suitcase. They do keep everything tidy. When I stay in a place with drawers, I just take the cubes out and put them in the drawers which makes packing back up at the end of the trip very easy.

Q: Are they able to compresd some?

They don't compress. The bags are not air tight. You are able to fit more by rolling your clothes instead of folding them.

Q: What size suitcase are these for?

I used medium size suit case and I still had extra room to add more clothes etc if needed. With what I packed my suitcase didn’t even weight 50lbs. It can probably also fit into larger size.

Q: Doesn’t it add more weight? When checking in your bag at the airport?

They may add about a pound or so but if you're that close on weigh you're already in trouble. The cubes are well worth it in terms of the organizing of your packing and make finding items so much easier. Also much easier to repack when staying in multiple hotels on a trip. Highly recommend them.
