LEVO Phone Holder Exclusively Tablet Stands.

The media could not be loaded. FIrst of all, I LOVE my LEVO stand. It's stabile and rugged. I was hoping the same would be true of the phone holder. It is not exactly what I was hoping for. For one, I cannot get the holder to bend and then stay where I want it. The end with the phone attachment is strong and stays in place but the flexible rod that clamps to the LEVO stand slides around and even falls out of the clamp attachment. The rod itself is strong but the connection to the clamp is faulty and falls victim to gravity. Perhaps there is some type of superglue that will keep the rod from falling out? The clamp is great but again, it's the flexible rod connection to the clamp that is faulty. Probably would help if I took a picture of it and attached to this review. WIll try to do that when I get home. Perhaps I just got a bad one because it seems like the build quality, otherwise, is great.

Not adjustable, restricts orientation of tablet and phone. Limited mounting means your totally awesome tablet stand becomes less than awesome when this is attached

I wanted a holder so while in bed watching my tablet that I can also view my cell phone. It was easy to install. The clamp mechanism on the cell phone holder is very secure. On the holder, after you rotate/flip bottom 'wings'/rest sets from center out you then press the clamp release button in the back which opens up the side wings. Place cell in the cradle and press side clamps until secure. While pressing side clamps you can hear it clicking as it tightens then it stops. The clamp seems similar to the one on my tablet stand which is very nice.The only thing I wish that the neck of the holder was a little more pliable. I had to attach proximal to the joint of tablet stand and tried to slightly bend neck of cell holder to the right being careful not to break from the base of it's plastic clamp so that my cell wasn't obstructing tablet view. It really didn't bend and I think it was made that way with a curve. Cell holder allows you to rotate many different angles so I was able to position it fine and view my tablet while lying flat in bed. I guess if you have a larger/wider tablet this may be an issue. My tablet is 12 inches wide.
