Depending on which program you use, yes. AlfaOBD will definitely do that. It’s android only and costs a little bit. I’m not sure about other programs. You may need a bypass cable if it’s a newer model ram.

I had the same problems and gave up. Dropped it off at my local e-waste facility. I purchased a OBDLink CX that works perfectly. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.
