I was excited about this product in the beginning because i thought i gound the right product. Its stay on the red light two days straight while charging . Which means thats not charging and something its wrong with the product i received. I wait to get this product and when received it its not charging. The only thing i can do its used it on the stand to film maybe.im desapointed. Hope that it can be replaced.

Amazing customer service!I purchased Cellways rotating selfie stick last October. This is the best one so far I used. I love the rotating part which I can easily take photo vertical and horizontal. The best thing is it comes with a stand, so taking group pictures becomes so easy too! And it is so small and light weight that I don't mind to bring it with me everyday.Last week I found that the screw of the rotating part was loosen and fallen somewhere, so I contacted the customer service to see if they can help. They replied fast and said they can send me a new one (just the selfie stick) and even let me choose the color I want. I received the replacement in 3 days as I told them I need it for my family trip. I am really happy and satisfied with their awesome service.
