Cheap
Spray nozzle broke first use. Just go to a grocery store or hardware store

Damaged
Both the bottle of ammonia and the spray bottle were damaged. The sides were dented and caved in. The items must have been packed damaged because the outside box was not damaged. I am unable to return these items to receive a replacedment because I'm on oxygen and it's too hard for me to leave the house.

Not what I was wanting
I wanted regular ammonia. You put it in a plastic bag and add you shelves out of the oven and your burners off you stove. The fumes loosens the baked and burned on gunk. I returned it an ordered what I needed.
