One of the most important things to consider when choosing an Omega-3 supplement is its absorption by the body, and research indicates that Free Fatty Acid (FFA) is the best form of DHA and EPA for highest absorption compared to standard Ethyl Ester fish oil. The capsules are in crystallized form rather than liquid so you don't have to worry about rancid or degraded oil. The capsules themselves smell and taste a little fishy, but they do not produce any fish burps after swallowing. Its my first time trying this form of Omega-3, as I've never seen this type available before, but so far, so good.

This is a very good product it works as prescribed and I will be purchasing it again.

I know these are omega-3 pills but man they really have a fishy taste/smell and can be hard to swallow first thing in the morning.

Likes - these capsules are much easier to stomach than even NatureMade no-after-taste fish oil capsules. Since I'm taking 3 of these a day, plus 2 Berberine, my HDL, LDL and A1C have improved in the right direction after 3 mos, although I can't say for sure which of these 2 supplements did more of the work. If you're thinking of taking these, make sure you discuss them with your primary care provider first, to be on the safe side.Cons - these capsules are still large, and pricey, too.

There's only a few supplements that you need and Omega 3 is one of them. This one seems as good or better than most
