Very good
I bought this last year in the run up to my holiday abroad. It visibly reduced the melasma on my forehead and cheeks so I stopped using it and just covered the remaining dark areas with make up. The melasma returned so I'm using this for life now. Can hardly see the brown areas now, I think another couple of months and it'll be invisible. Fantastic product, slow process but well worth it.

Have only been using this for a few days now, so I don't know if it has impacted my skin any, buy I'm enjoying my skin routine. I like to use a face sauna mist machine prior to putting this serum on my face. No irritation so far. It goes on your face well, but dries up very quickly, doesn't leave your skin oily at all, soaks right into the skin fast.

Improvement not forthcoming
After using two bottles of the product, I’ve yet to notice any improvement in the black spots it was meant to clear from my face.

Disappointed with First Impression – Dirty and Dusty Bottle
I was really looking forward to trying this serum, but unfortunately, the first impression was quite poor. The bottle arrived with visible dirt and dust on it, which immediately made me question the product’s hygiene and quality control. It’s disappointing to receive a skincare item in such a condition. Clean packaging is the least one would expect, especially for a product meant to be applied to the skin. I hope this was a one-off issue, but it definitely affected my trust in the brand.

Empty bottle received
This was my 2nd bottle but it's came empty. So disappointed. This serum is good for pigmentation it was working on my pigmentation but needed one more so I bought it's arrived on time but bottle was empty 80% found some white powdery stuff around the bottle could be spillage of serum.
