These are great for the person lying in a hospital bed or out to the dr or for blood draws. We change our patient four times a day. Been using the same ones for over a year now and have them set up to come every couple of months and receive several packs of 14.

Package shows up to 38 waist. A bit snugger than that but it's a medium. I usually wear large. But it works and keeps you dry all day long. I use these for leaks mostly on long trips.

I don't suffer from what would be considered classic incontinence, an inability to control urinary function. I have severe COPD and on oxygen 24/7. At home I might have the need to urinate unexpectedly but I can easily get to the bathroom on time. But out in the wider world I'm restricted to a portable concentrator and that's when things get iffy. Like the other day after loading my groceries in the car I needed to go. And when I need to go I need to go NOW, not 5 minutes from now. With the Depends it's not a problem. I just let it rip. I don't have to worry about leaking at all. AND, the darned things are comfortable to wear, too.
