It was great while it lasted. Gave it to my teenage daughter at Christmas. By the time she started using it, it was May and now it is the beginning of June and it has broken in half! It was used properly, on the proper fit board mat. She weights 125lbs, so she did not exceed the weight for it. So disappointed, she really liked using it.

The board quality could be improved. For smaller individuals it will work great but it cracked with my 200 pounds of fat on it. The board comes in several colors, but unfortunately no pink so I got the next best thing purple. The concept is great but just needs some improvements.

I love the concept but the quality is very poor. My board has very limited use and already has a crack started on each side of the board working its way towards the middle. I weigh 195 lbs. so clearly within the weight rating range. Do not buy this product as it is a waste of money.

I really like this board. I am busy, and quite honestly, lazy too; so, regular gym visits are not going to happen at this stage of my life. So, I welcome any motivators to exercise at home. This one is definitely a good motivator, because it's kind of fun and doesn't require any will power. We haven't used it for too long; so, I can't vouch for its long-term durability, but it seems quite sturdy to me. It doesn't come with any instructions; so, I just went on YouTube and searched under "balance exercise board"; the search will give you all the ideas you need for using it. My legs are already quite strong; so, I was looking to build up some strength in my upper body; so, YouTube videos show using it with weights and even doing push ups. So, good enough for me :).

great for my work-outs. I am unable to go to the gym because I take care of an elderly parent who cannot be left alone. I really like the effect it has on stiff joints. Thank you. To all out there; buy it!

Seems like a nice piece of equipment and a fun way to listen to some music and get some exercise. The little I used it it glides nice against the carpet, but I would definitely listen to the other reviews about protecting your carpet from heat/friction damage. Unfortunately now I'm going to have to wait until I recover from knee replacement surgery to see how well it works in losing a few pounds, lol.

i use to have one board before and it was ok for some time till it cracked. but i am very satisfied with this one,it is keep up with my weight 234lb since i start using every morning i lost like 8lb .helping finish exercise set for abs.good job i love it!!!

I bought a bunch of these for grandkids. I turn on the Isley Brothers’ “Twist and Shout” and they grab their boards and start rocking. Big fun, and a healthy way to vent off all that kid energy.
