This is an excellent product, but please keep in mind it is designed for a very large hands. I wear XXL and XXXL gloves and this exerciser is as big as I could go. I have the black 9 pound model from the same company, and this one is much larger than that.

I have XL hands and got the Pro heavy tension. I really like it and it is just about perfect for working on grip strength. The tension was about right. I can collapse it almost completely, but only a few times so far. I did notice what others had pointed out about the little fingers being overpowered by having the same spring as the others. However, I found that the placement of the little bump on the bottom is critical. After moving it around in my palm, I found a location that almost equalized the action, making the little fingers almost as effective as the others. I am very satisfied with this product and will get the next up in the series after gaining strength in my forearms.

Great way to build muscles in fingers. I picked up guitar about a year ago. Needed something to build finger muscles to apply pressure to strings on barre chords. This really helped me.

I initially bought this so I can shoot my 44 magnum revolver. It comes with a heavy trigger 12lb from factory and it wears out my hand when shooting. So I wanted to make my grip stronger. These grip strengthening are the best I use them when I'm just hanging out on my computer

I've been using these products for a long time, first hearing about them in about 2011. They are great for training grip because you can build resistance on individual fingers. After a long time of using them, I went up from 9 lbs per finger to 11 lbs per finger, and then 13 lbs per finger. I was able to do a pullup on the doorframe.Now, it's been a while so my finger strength has weakened. But I have decided to start training on these again. I highly recommend these and it would be great if they could make some stuff beyond the 13 lbs per finger, but I will have to use the 11 lbs per finger one for a while first.

I personally didnt care for this , I personally need more of a resistanstance for myself and in my opinion its over priced

Vraiment parfait ,cependant étant clarinettiste, je n’arrive toujours pas à faire sortir le moindre son de ce nouvel instrument .J’appuie pourtant bien fort sur les touches et souffle du mieux que je peux mais aucun son ne sort !!Quelqu’un aurait-il une explication ??!!😉😉🙏

La verdad que la gente que dice que quiere ejercitar la mano, tipo ponerse fuerte la mano no sé si piensa bien o algo. Me rompí la muñeca y este producto sirve para reanimar los músculos que se han quedado paralizado todo ese tiempo. Es para reducir la probabilidad de artritis muscular. El producto es 10/10. Plástico resistente y muelles fluidos, se me ha caído al suelo más de 1000 veces y no Le ha pasado nada. Recomiendo este nivel de fuerza si antes de cualquier lesión tenías una fuerza media-fuerte. Si partidas nueves con las manos te recomiendo el negro que tiene una resistencia mayor (recuerda que tienes que ir poco a poco ganando fuerza, así que este para empezar no está mal)

Antes usaba uno más común que no era para los dedos, solo la muñeca y este es genial, fortaleze muñeca y dedos y los hay de varios niveles.es una herrmamienta muy útil.
