VoswitchJL800 Grab Handle Switch Panel for Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-2023 and Gladiator 2020-2023

I ordered the JL800, with the 8 switch banks. The installation was straightforward and easy. Everything fit as expected. I had some trouble though, getting it to work with the accessories. I could only get it to work as a hardwired unit, but then I kept forgetting to shut it off every time I parked. People kept saying "Someone left their lights on," and I'd have to keep going out and turning them off. I kept following the instructions to wire it to the accessory fuse (#52 Cigar lighter), but no matter what, I couldn't get it to work with the accessories.After much frustration, I went to the VOSwitch website, and wrote an email to their help desk. I got a response almost immediately. VOSwitch helped me troubleshoot it. It turns out it was absolutely my own fault, as when I'd crimped my MicroFuse Plug onto the power wire, I somehow didn't grab enough copper wire in my crimp. I have a box full of these microfuse plugs, so I just cut off my first crimp and crimped on a new one. Now it works perfectly. I can leave the vehicle with confidence now that I didn't forget to turn off all my additional driving and fog lights.I really like these switches. I like how they clean they look, like they were built into the Gladiator from the factory. Now that it's installed, I can wire up any extra lights, horns, cameras, etc, without ever having to deal with wiring into the cabin. All the wiring is done under the hood. Installing new lights is as easy as running the wires from the lights to the relay box under the hood. It's one of the coolest things I've put on this Gladiator.

Previously had a switch panel that worked by remote. It worked, but at times I had hold the remote near the windshield near the switch to get it to work. Had heard about the Voswitch JL800 Grab Handle Switch Panel and thought " this would be perfect" and it was. It looks great and works great. Very easy to install in my 2021 JLUR. Instructions were very easy to understand and follow. Took about an hour. Very pleased with how it looks and work.

This is a great switch and an easy install, with a few tools. If you are kind of handy with tools, you shouldn't have a problem installing this yourself. My son and I did it in about 45 minutes. I watched a video which made the install even easier. Love the switch, highly recommend. The switch works just as advertised. You can change the color of the backlight, which is a cool feature if you're going for a specific color scheme. This switch looks like it comes from the factory. It is a quality built product. I have had a couple of switches before and this is by far the best one I have owned. It is still useful as a grab handle if needed. Although the switch is on the higher end as far as price, for me it is worth the price.

My requirements were unique in that I had to wire up a 24v step-up transformer to one set of lights so it took some head scratching to get it wired up - but it's done now and working perfect.They really put a lot of thought into the programming. You can have it hot all the time and just use their power switch to turn it on and off. Or you can wire it to a trigger that's only hot when the key's on and it will come on/off with the truck. Each light remembers its last setting so you can have marker lights that are on all the time (yet still turn them off if you want). SPDT settings allow you to have two switches exclusive of each other (one goes on, other goes off). And supports flash and strobe of any device.One grumble: how it installs over the top of your factory grab handle is very close - but not perfect. There is a slight gap between the two. Very slight - like maybe just a couple sheets of paper thickness. I worry if anybody put too much pressure grabbing the handle if that "bowing" to close the gap might eventually weaken it and snap the plastic. I doubt it - but would have been nice to have it sit flush against the factory handle so there'd be no movement when using the handle as a handle.But So far - a solid 5 stars. Let's hope the longevity is there.

If you hate running bundles of wires through firewalls and the rats nest mess it creates under/behind the dash and this unit fits your rig... 1000% recommend this. Incredibly easy to install and program. Quality build components and great factory OEM looking integration on the grab handle.

The media could not be loaded. This product makes it easy to install. I have connected to it in my Casey lies my winch my whip lights and lights around the Jeep for like when I go off-roading it's very easy very compatible easy to install and pull the wires makes it easy if you don't have the auxiliary package on your Jeep but this makes it easier on the column because I have all the features on my hand. Also the fact that you can change and modify the colors on the switch it makes it easy and convenient to manage the light system

Great product for value, tons of extras with this kit. Easy install, maybe 30min to 45min. Love the customization this has to my lighting!

I'd give it 5 stars, but it is a bit boxy in design.I had the jl400 previously, and that looked and felt like how Jeep should of made a switch panel.Good customer service. I had accidently pushed too many buttons and sort of locked myself out, in other modes, and unable to get back, they were able to help me get back to original settings.
