Amazon box- Tampered outer box delivered. Product- Safe& Okay.
Once again received a broken seal product. Either problem lies with the logistics handling manners or because of low quality outer box. However, the OEM Seal wasn’t broken so, kind of okay. Will update after installation of cameras.

Replacement r refund
On first day I received the product I have complained about video is not see,camera is compatible with AHD DVR But no video is seen.i have ordered for replacement request is accepted ,but delivery is to late at this situation I have seen the option after some days that order can be cancelled due to late delivery & I have unknowingly done it but now can I get replacement r refund product is kept as it is please suggest.
