Octane SeatingOctane Bolt XS400 Leather Home Theater Recliner Set (Row of 2)

I purchased these less than 3 months ago and I have not sat in them 20 times yet and the pull cord to recline the chair is already broken. I barely use them so I don't see how they would stand up to even moderate use. I now have a recliner that doesn't recline and I'm out $1000 dollars. I will bet money the company never responds either.
