A wonderful pasta flour mix
Perfect mix of regular flour and semolina with a super fine and uniform grind. Pasta comes out with great texture and taste every time. The premix is also well mixed so the final pasta is uniform too. Huge plus that I only need to store 1 bag instead of two.

This flour blend is fantastic! I made perfect pasta the very first time I tried it. I’m no pasta expert but using this for homemade pasta had delicious results. No need to worry about mixing flours, this is already mixed and ready to go in a perfect ratio for pasta.

Made a pound of fresh pasta with my Philips pasta maker using this flour and it did not disappoint. I really like that it is a blend of flour. I usually mix my own blend of semolina with 0/0 but I will just purchase this now. I’m looking forward to my next batch.
