I ordered what was listed as the Ojocam Pro Original Mini 0801, however upon arrival the box said it was the Ojocam Pro 2 camera. In addition to that the camera did not work right out of the box. I set it up exactly as the directions said, however it only displayed a blank screen and would not respond to any commands from the buttons. Returned for a refund. This item was to replace the Ojocam Pro #0801 that is beginning to fail on me after only 3½ years. The slot on the window mount where this camera gets inserted now has a lot of extra play; most likely from wear. Am now looking at the Rexing cameras due to great reviews. I won't be buying Ojocam again.

Great value. Hardwired it and I have caught a couple of accidents with it. Got it because of a fraudulent claim against me in the past. My car was black and had a red paint transfer spot on it from my girlfriends car when she backed into it in our driveway. Months later, someone with a red car said I hit him and speed off. I was in class when the police showed up. He was trolling my college campus looking for a car with red paint on it. Never hit this guy, didn't even drive on the road he told the cops I hit him on. Cops basically concluded their case as 'he said, she said' since there were no witnesses let our insurance company investigate. Insurance just paid the guy $700 without any investigation. Could not sue the guy for fraud because of state law. My insurance was increased by $20 a month. This camera would have saved me the headache because of the GPS and playback screen.

This is the little dashcam that could! Great picture, completely unobtrusive, and records whenever I'm driving. I got the upgraded "GPS" version, and it does a pretty accurate job of stamping my (optional) coordinates and speed onto the video (good for fighting speeding tickets).IMPORTANT: Make certain you purchase the "class 6" Samsung memory card - either from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Electronics-microSDHC-MB-MSBGB-AM/dp/B009SK58IM/ref=pd_cp_e_2) or directly from ojocam.com. Anything less will cause the camera to freeze up and self-power down within a couple minutes. The description doesn't mention this, but OjoCam's website does, and so does the FAQ page that comes with the product.UPDATE: Mine had a lifespan of just over two years, then it quit recording (minus one star). Troubleshooting questions to Ojocam went unanswered (minus another star).If it's as durable as it is functional, it'll certainly earn the 5-star rating.

So far the camera works really well. It is easy to take down when you leave the car. Easy to setup. I was going to go with a different camera, but I did want one that I could put away fast and easy when I left the car, so I went with this one. The price was reasonable enough that it could be my first test camera and if it didn't work well, I could get a more expensive one if needed. right now, I'm happy with it.

Good when it works. After 13 months, the unit died. I got a second one and it too died after 15 months. It won't turn on or respond to any buttons whatsoever. Lucky for me the warranty is only 1 year.I won't be buying a 3rd.

I have bought 3 of these cameras for my vehicles over the past two years it seems like right about a year into the charging connection at the base of the mount gets loos and the cord does not stay in. I have had all 3 professionally mounted by a stereo shop and I do not move them. The camera keeps turning off and on, and when I took two of the 3 vehicle back its the same problem on both cameras.

This thing works like a champ. I have it hardwired to my fuse box and it will kick on if I move the car. I upgraded to a 32gb card (only $15 on here) and the video is perfect. Recommend setting the clips to 5 minutes each for easy editing.

So far so good I have it in the front windshield. I also bought a 0806 newer dash cam from Spy Tech and I am now having to send it back it stop working after about 2 weeks.

Je n'ai pas expérimenté l'autonomie de la batterie mais elle semble relativement bonne.Les vues prises de nuit ne sont pas mauvaises. On peut lire le numéro d'immatriculation du véhicule que l'on suit mais plus difficile de lire le numéro de la voiture qui vient en sens inverse, sans doute à cause de la vitesse cumulée.La livraison a été faite rapidement de Californie !En conclusion: excellent produit, pas cher. Imbattable sur le marché actuellement.
