this timer was very easy to install and set up, the figures large and easy to ready even in direct sunlight, the sequence of setting actual real time, watering time and duration was easy to do and I have been using during this hot summer and its worked perfect and the garden is looking great now its getting regularly watered

Bit fiddle at 1st but now just wot i needed for work as i lay lawns on new builds and can make sure the turf does not die when no one about.

finishing was good and setup was easy. Bought it in early July 2024 to prepare for automatic watering of my garden while I am away in August. The mobile app was easy to use. The timer did start and end at the preset times throughout the testing period in July.A big problem is only revealed now in August when I am away. The remote doesn’t work at all regardless of the internet connection I use on my mobile phone. I cannot start, stop or change the preset times. This is a huge problem as I cannot increase watering time during the heat wave period. I can see from my cctv that the some of my plants are not surviving. Of course it could be my fault for not testing the remote function thoroughly before I leave my plants behind. But be honest, there are now all sorts of remotely controlled devices at home but this is the only piece not working.I would like someone to tell me what’s wrong with the device and any remedial action can be take.Disappointing.

Although the programming is a little confusing at first …… if you water more than once a day you select the start time and then hours delay before the next watering and so on. But having said that works perfectly saves time and never forgets and is good value, pleased I bought one.

I was surprised that it came with a UK plug and it really was a five minute install

It does work well but it's not a timer more like a controllable flow switch.the app does controls the unit so will only turn on and off when and if your signal reaches it.wouldnt rely on when for instance you go abroad and take your phone as the app on your phone sends the signal to the unit.if you don't have data signal then your plants won't get watered.if you use it knowing this then it is good.the app is easy to set up and navigate and you can set daily on/off times as well as longer soak patterns.

I recently installed this product and in the main was very happy with how easy it was to set up and the user interface via the smart things app. The main purpose for my set up is to be able to remotely top up my pond so I have it set to a limited run time.HOWEVER there appears to be a fundamental flaw. We recently had a power cut and unbeknown to us, when the power came back on the smart tap defaulted to open. Worse still, for whatever reason the work timer wasn’t counting down so it didn’t automatically shut off after the timer should have ended.This resulted in both taps running for around 18 hours, completely overflowing my pond and flooding my garden!!Hopefully they resolve this and update the hub so that following a power failure the tap defaults to closed/off.Without that issue would have been a 5 star purchase.

Took me a couple of hours to sort out. Instructions were written in "Chinglish" and unclear as to which device they were referring to (HUB/Timer). But once sorted out, installation was a breeze. Important to note, set the WIFI HUB up first... The HUB wants to connect to your 2.4 GHz WIFI signal and asks for your "WIFI password" to connect to your WIFI. This is different than the User Name and password that you set up for your "Smart Life app".Once you set up your "Smart Life" account, configure the HUB, and start up the app... Select the hub and "ADD DEVICE" on the HUB brings up the list of devices as shown in the pictures. If you can't get to the list of devices, then you probably entered the wrong password for your WIFI connection (like I did)! And the reference to two lights flashing refer to the lights on the timer. So press and hold one of the buttons on the timer until the two lights start flashing sequentially to put the timer in pairing mode.I was concerned about distance, but my HUB is plugged into an inside wall outlet with a straight line shot of nearly 60 feet to the timer ands it works perfectly. Also noted that the Johgee Dual Water Timer passes more than twice the volume of water than the old 3-zone Orbit Timer it was replacing... my sprinklers now spray more than twice as far! On the flakey 3-zone Orbit timer, zone 1 stopped turning off and had to be capped. The other 2-zones occasionally randomly exhibit erratic flows when they are turned on, and sometimes don't turn off completely, dribbling water continuously out to the sprinklers!But be very careful when you thread the hose couplings on to the Johgee timer threads. I tried several times noting the coupling was going on crookedly and binding. When straight with the threads, they go on easily, tighten up, and don't leak. Forcing a cross-threaded coupler on the plastic threads will destroy the threads and cause permanent leaks!Very happy with my purchase, so I'm going to replace all of my manual Digital ORBIT Timers!

Destaca por lo simple que es de programación a pesar de ser digital.Es un temporizador de jardín sin pretensiones, que lo compré para regular el rigo por goteo de mi jardín durante el periodo de vacaciones. Funcionó perfectamente. Lo recomiendo.

Die Einrichtung unkompliziert und seitdem nicht mehr ständig die Kellertreppe rauf und runter laufen, einfach bequem vom Handy aus. Super praktisch die Timer funktion.

Om man lyckas förstå inställningarna i instruktionsboken. Önskar även att den hade wifi så att man kunde slå av och på från telefonen.
