Beautiful hair after using this conditioner. 100% recommend.
I can't believe how this conditioner affects my hair. I have used countless brands and some were better than others, but my hair has never been so shiny and healthy looking. I am 100% honest as I hope people give this a try. It is night and day difference from other conditioners. It smells amazing and you really don't need too much to be effective. I have long, thick hair and a couple of quarter sized portions conditions it well. I color my hair and use hot tools to straighten it, so it was dry, frizzy and not in the best condition. I think that's why I was so surprised. Even more so when my husband commented on how nice and shiny my hair looked and how good it smelled, which he has never really noticed before.I used this on my son's hair too. His is a lot finer than mine so I wasn't sure if it would be as effective. But his hair looked so shiny too, like beautiful golden, sparkly strands. He has lovely hair anyway, but this really makes it shimmer. It also is very easy to brush and tangle free compared to the brand I used on his hair before. This is by far the best conditioner I've ever used and I will definitely continue to order it.I'm not sure why or how it works, but it does.If I could give a 10 star review for 1 item per year, I would use it on this product. And I write hundreds of reviews (not all positive). That's how wonderful I think it is. And the ingredients are natural so big plus there too.

Good overall.
Overall, I do think this conditioner is good for my scalp. It helps with the itchiness and dryness I tend to experience. It leaves my hair feeling soft and clean. I don't love the smell, I find it to be a little strong, but it doesn't seem to linger in my hair after rinsing so it's fine. The bottle I was sent is already two years into its three year shelf life, which seems like kind of old stock? I guess it's fine because I'll likely finish it before then, but I wouldn't be happy if I were someone who had ordered it to have on hand and open later.

It's okay
This Reetha and Shikakai conditioner by Nykaa has a nice smell but is not very moisturizing for my hair type. I can't say I've ever seen an expiration date on conditioner before but apparently this particular one "expires" in just a few weeks. It's okay, I probably won't finish the bottle as I am very particular about my hair and this one doesn't seem to be doing it any favors.

Moisturizes
I tried using this conditioner several different ways. First, I used it combined with a few other ingredients to make a deep conditioner and left in on for several hours. My hair came out as well as other deep conditioners I have used. I used it a second time in the normal way, after shampooing and leaving on for several minutes. My hair came out less dry than my usual conditioner and less dry than some deep conditioners I have used. I am happy with the results from this and would buy it again. It is medium thick white cream with a scent that’s smells a little medicinal, in my opinion. It’s a faint scent, but it just surprised me with its scent.

Leaves Me with Soft Hair
"Like a few of the other reviews mention, the expiration date on this bottle is not the most ideal. Gives me not much time to use it and although I doubt the conditioner will go bad within that time, would be better if customers were given a more recently manufactured product. Now as for the conditioner itself, it doesn't weight down my hair. Has a pleasant scent, is very moisturizing, and leaves my hair feeling very soft and easy to brush through. "

about to expire
Right off the bat I was disappointed with this conditioner. This is an old product that says it will expire in April 2024. So I have 6 days to use this before it goes bad. That will be virtually impossible, so this is just a waste of money. As far as the conditioner itself, it has a nice sort of minty smell. It has a creamy texture and made my hair feel soft. I do like that it has clean ingredients as well. I'm just disappointed that it is so close to its expiration date. For this reason I can't recommend this nor would I order from this brand again.

Scent is too Strong on This Conditioner
I don't know if the "use by" date is an influence on the scent, but it is worth knowing that, although I ordered and received this at the end of March 2024, it came with a "use by" date of April 2024. The manufacturing date is listed as 2021. I don't have a lot of time to use this before it "expires."The scent to this conditioner is very strong and not, to me, a pleasant one. It reminds me of bug spray. I checked the ingredients, and this includes Neem Oil and Tea Tree Oil, but also just "fragrance," so I am not sure which of these things might be contributing to the smell. It could also have just been in the plastic packaging a while; it's hard to pinpoint the scent. I do like that this is a paraben-free and not artificially-colored product, and it does seem to smooth my hair, as a conditioner. I just don't care for its lingering fragrance.

hydrating conditioner
I really like this conditioner. It is a thick, creamy consistency that coats my hair well. The conditioner has a very minimal scent and causes no sensitivity. I leave it on for 3 minutes and rinse it out and my hair feels plump and moisturized. My hair is curly, and the curls just soak up the hydration and come out looking frizz-free. This conditioner also makes my hair easier to style because my hair holds together better when I use it. I am very satisfied with this product, and the price is reasonable for the way it performs. I would buy it again.
