Quick and easy
Bright running lights, super easy to install, still holding up quite nicely. Definitely gives the car an upgrade

Always say, only time will tell
Many of the comments in here are pretty accurate. Depending on your vehicle, socket depth my be a challenge - not impossible but potentially difficult. Its the way most modern LED bulbs are made, they have a shoulder that you don't have with a std. glass 1157.That being said, they do go in if you're patient. One person used needle nose which is a bad idea because the opening is angled and it will damage bulbs plus its no going to give you enough grip. If you small/medium channel locks open them up enough to hold the aluminum ribbing and the rest of the teeth will clear the LEDs.In terms of brightness, they are considerably brighter than old style incandescents. Functionally they work great and like most reviewers mine have only been in a month or so, so durability and longevity are... Well, only time will tell.

Working bulbs
Finally a pair of led brake light bulbs that actually work and turn off the idiot lights on the dash

Beyond my comprehension
I ordered these particular 1157 bulbs and also two 1157 bulbs from another vendor. The bulbs from the other vendor said that there would be a damage or unusual reading on the scanner unless you use in concert with this type of 1157 bulbs, a resistor. Now I don't pretend to be an electrician, I'm not even a good mechanic but I can change bulbs and do oil changes and tire rotation, but I sure don't know what type or strength of resistor to use, or even where to cut the line to install one. The bulbs from the vendor I'm reviewing did not mention a resistor of any kind. Does that mean that bulbs from one vendor do not require a resistor or is it only an act of omission? One step forward and two back, if you get my drift.

Company stands behind what they sell
Had an issue with the turn signals not flashing when the running lights were on. They sent me the resistors and they operate as expected. Quick response and shipment. Hats off to you!

these bulbs ARE polarized! They do NOT work for positive ground
I bought these bulbs because they were advertised as non-polarity plug and play, which means that unlike regular polarized LED bulbs, (which only work for normal negative ground) they incorporate a bridge circuit so that they should work in either a negative or a positive ground system. Nope. When I stuck it in my car the bulbs did not light. When I reversed the polarity to test them (not in the car, but on the workbench), they lit up fine. The item description is WRONG. These bulbs are normal polarized LED bulbs. These bulbs do work fine, and will work for MOST cars, but NOT for many antique british roadsters or other positive ground applications.

Perfect replacement for traditional incandescent lamp
This LED based light fits perfectly in my 2016 Kia Sorento (style 2357). The new bulb is as bright or brighter than the original incandescent. Price is comparable to the brick-and-mortar store incandescent options. Note that you should watch YouTube on how to access the light bulb for replacement - remove two nuts and then I had to use the tape suggestion to pop the light housing off of its mounting pins. Recommend this bulb.

They did just ok.
I was all set to give these a poor review, then I saw when I purchased them. I got, almost to the day, 2.5 years out of them. I kind of expected them to last longer though. The pair both died in the same way (with the top LEDs burning out completely), and the side leds just flickering and what not. If i was to buy these again, i'd buy them with the understanding that i should replace at the two year mark.
