Lasted less than a year before the seat lifting mechanism cause the lid to break off. I’ve tried to contact the seller to get a new one but it’s been 23 days since I did that and no luck yet.Avoid this toilet and avoid this seller.

Ever since I seen bidet style toilets, I always fancied one. We recently decided to redo our bathroom so this was a must. Excellent features. Love the auto open/close lid and the auto flush once you stand up. Rather handy with young forgetful children running around! Had a minor issue with it not flushing effectively but it turns out the plumber didn’t screw the intake hose on tight enough and there was a minor leak causing the pressure to drop. The seller was quick to respond and assist in resolving and it now works like a charm. Good price, looks quite nice also.

The main problem was the waste output leaked due to poor quality on the output pipe of the toilet. The pressure of water needs to be very high for a complete flush.I do not think this is a well made product and I would look elsewhere.Despite numerous emails the company seldom replies, this is not a very good experience.After a week of using the flush has stopped working and again is leaking. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This is a Cheap loo. Absolutely. However, it works perfectly!The remote control take a little playing around with to understand all the functions and heat settings, but that's just a week of new experiences! ;)You 100% need good water flow and good water pressure. But I knew that from reading the comments. I told my plumber, so we increased the pipe size from mains and also did a direct mains feed. It's recommended 15ltrs per minute, and we now have 21ltrs of flow per minute.I do feel the reviews are unfair, as the water pressure is not the toilets or sellers fault.

In my experience do NOT buy this product. Two faults developed within 6 months of purchase. Truclean were not interested in the problems and did not reply to my emails, customer satisfaction is obviously not high on their priority list. The seller in this case is The Electric Fire Store and they insist the one year guarantee is for parts only. A fact not on the Amazon web site or on any paperwork sent with the appliance. They have no one to inspect the appliance to determine the part needed and refuse to repair the product or have it returned due to, they claim, hygiene problems. Bizarrely they quote other instances where products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons ie used damaged underwear and broken toilet brushes. So they guess what parts may be needed. The customer is then expected to arrange and pay to have the parts fitted. Presumably if the part does not rectify the problem then they have another guess and the cycle starts again, until I suppose they run out of parts or the customer runs out of money. In my opinion this type of sophisticated product needs professional back up in case of problems which the Electric Fire Store do not have available.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this over a year ago now. Couldn’t have spent the money on anything better. I’ve been to Japan and used a few toilets over there and this is on par or superior. The only bad thing I have to say is that the dryer isn’t too powerful and takes a while, other than that it’s great.Id say in response to the negative reviews, just get a decent Plummer to fit it, have them tighten everything on the inside before install and as you use it you allow the seat and lid to automatically open/close without interfering, then there shouldn’t be any issues.Very happy with the purchase and the price it great considering something similar with the same functionality is around 4k.

The toilet doesn’t flush properly, it’s not strong enough to flush all. Then it sprays without any touching, the problem has been happening and the seller couldn’t deal with it. It’s so troublesome now we have to scrape it
