One Out of Two Isn't Bad
We received two of the decals and one of them is missing a "Y" which makes it pretty funny, but, honestly, we only needed one of these so we will use the other or give it away to a friend.I read a review that these are hard to install and it may be due to the inadequate instructions that come with the decals. So, I will attempt to provide some instructions. I have also included a couple of images of the install process that should help. Remember, that this is a transfer type of decal. You will stick the entire thing to the plate and remove the transparent layer. You will not need to do any cutting.INSTALLATION:1. Remove the light switch plate from the wall.2. Make sure the light switch plate is clean and dry.3. Peel off paper backing from the decal to expose the sticky side.4. Carefully position the decal on the plate. It is important to get the placement correct or it won't align properly.5. Using a credit card or something similar, smooth out the entire decal to get any air bubbles out and to make sure the black portions are stuck to the plate.6. IMPORTANT: begin peeling off the transparent layer. Do this slowly and carefully. The black letters and items should remain stuck to the plate.7. That is all.We think the decal looks awesome. Beside the fact that we only got one that was complete, it is well worth it.

Better Have A Steady Hand
You have to cut the holes out for the switches and the screws yourself. Would have been much better if they came pre-cut.
