This is one of the better wheatgrasses that I’ve found after reading ingredients and reviews. The taste is not as bad as some others have mentioned, and I don’t mind it at all. I struggle with autoimmune disorder, and was trying to find things that might help. I do feel like I felt a bit better overall when taking it daily.

Too expensive for what's in the bottle. I'll get more when it goes on sale. Or I'll start making my own again.

I LOVE this stuff! I'm serious. I wish I could drink a big glass of it every time I take a shot but I'm afraid to do too much. You know, too much of a good thing is never good. Ugh. Sad face.So, I savor my daily shot and sometimes sneak in another 1/2 shot. It really is that good!!!
