I recall being frustrated by reading that this wasn’t a book I was supposed to read in one sitting. I had zero intention of actually slowing down but wanted to learn all about it. Welp, the book made me slow down. I found it best to read the short “essay” and ponder on it for a day or two. Then, I’d read the short quotes throughout the week and read the next chapter the following week. I love this book and will continue to reference it over and over. Strongly recommend!

It is an incredible journey reading this book . It had actually widen my horizon in terms of life ..I didn’t realise this book “slowing down “ is actually for tough and challenging then I thought .

I purchased the hardcover of this book after I listened to the version on Audible. There is so much wisdom on a myriad of topics delivered in short phrases that help you reflect on many things. You will grow from this book and share the insights with others in your circle.

I needed something up lifting, I had read all the reviews that I could before making the purchase. A friend finally convinced me to get it and read it. I am so glad I did I gifted my copy to my sister who has been going through it in life. She has in turn purchased it for a friend who needed up lifting and we pay it forward. Give it a try. I will not give you a summary of book, do your research you wont be disappointed.
