This item is great!Very good looking and works great.Super easy to install.Mind that the pic doesn’t show the shower arm proper. It comes with 12” ( not adjustable ) ceiling shower arm that will drop too low on an 8 foot ceiling, but once I contacted the company through Amazon they were super fast in replacing the shower arm with a shorter one immediately.We went with a 16” shower head, at first worried if it will have enough pressure but very happy we did it. Water pressure is awesome and consistent while covering your whole shoulders.Customer support was easy through an online chat and Mike & Gigi were extra helpful.

Amazing shower system
This system is beautiful, sturdy and solid. We bought 2 systems and both working well. The customer service at SR Sunrise was fantastic and very efficient. I originally contacted the seller via Amazon because I was missing the metal covers for the screw hole on the knob, for both shower systems. They informed me that the supplier said that they didn’t come with covers. Was disappointed with this because a family member bought the same system and theirs came with the covers. So I contacted SR Sunrise directly and Rito from customer service assured me that they do in fact have covers and will have them sent! He replied in less than 24 hours, was so helpful and I received the covers within 1 week.Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them!
