I wish I could say with 100% certainty that they would fit, but I can't. All I cansay is that I think so. I wear a men's size 9 and they work fine for me. My wife wears a woman's size 9 and they work for her. I can relate to you that for the past 40 years I have been using more expensive shoe trees made mostly of wood. These shoe trees, mostly made of plastic, and they work for me as well as the wooden and metal combination ones I used for many years. Additionally, if you travel frequentley (I do), they are much lighter than their counterparts made mostly of wood. I hope this helps you.

Q: how do i adjust these and use them?

Pinch in metal bars inside the tree and adjust them to the hole that give best fit. Then insert in shoe and close into place.
