Actually better than I expected. Dries clear and very hard. It dries fast after being applied so “finger” clamps work great. Also water based so it can be undone if necessary.

My husband was gifted his great grandmothers Bible and the cover was falling off.. I was nervous but this worked well

I used this to fix a book and glue pages back into the back binding. It worked great and dried fast. I can still tell there has been a repair job there, but at least I can read the book the way it was supposed to be read.

Now I have tried using this glue and used most of the bottle I ended up learning a few things. First of all this glue arrived quite solid yet flexible. It was almost as solid as silicone rubber(it also ended up being difficult getting out of the bottle), so it needed a large amount of mixing to get it smooth again. Even after all the mixing it was still unusable. It turned out that if the glue has solidified in any way, you're going to need to add some water. Once past that issue and you have some nice smooth glue, you will have one of the best bookbinding glues that I have ever worked with. I bought this and a bunch of different brands for my home book making business to see which works best. Dispite having to put in some extra work to use this glue, it really is worth the effort. Especially when your using cloth for bookbinding instead of paper. Because of how flexible this glue is, it's perfect for my use. :)

Just what our Librarian was hoping for to repair some of the books.

Used to glue the spine of a heavy encyclopedia that had completely fallen apart. Glue was easy to apply. My book looks as good as new & has been holding strong for a month now. This is was used on a book that gets used almost daily.I will be using this glue in the future for when I make photo & scrapbook album covers or do any binding.
