Minutes to mix, less than an hour to bake and you will be tasting the most amazing low carb/paleo rustic breads. Enjoy with your favorite cheese and wine. Just add water, apple cider vinegar, and eggs (or substitute). Shape it however you like...makes unbelievably delicious baguettes for hoagies or sub sandwiches. Only 2-3 net carbs per serving. No Dairy, Soy, Sugar, Yeast or extracted starches...it's what we call "Starch Belly"-free.

Easy keto bread finally!
Many recipes out there for keto bread with mixed results. This is so easy with all the ingredients except eggs right in a convenient package. I use the bread like standard bread, freeze half and refrigerate the other half. Keeps forever and a day, much better than wheat bread. Tastes fantastic, no eggy taste at all. Good for sandwiches, toasted, warmed, with peanut butter, etc. I love it that I can slice it VERY thin so I don't get so many calories and it holds up beautifully to my butter knife. Will continue to buy cuz I'm too lazy to get and mix all the ingredients individually, this is just so much more convenient.

Good Taste
You can't beat how easy this is to make and it tastes great. Somewhat pricey though in my opinion.

Is it just me or what? I found this disgusting.
I followed the directions precisely and even covered the top to keep it from burning after it was darkening faster than I wanted. The middle was gummy. I let it cook a lot longer than the recipe called for and it was still gummy. I have a great oven that cooks everything evenly. It just tasted like gummy eggs to me. I tried toasting it to see if it would help; it didn't. My husband asked if he could try it (I'm allergic to wheat and he isn't). He took one bite, spit it out and tossed the rest of the piece in the trash. I don't know what I could have done differently to yield better results. I'm an avid baker and have been cooking for years so I don't know what the problem was other than the mix. Yet I'm perplexed by the wonderful reviews. Was it me? I don't know.... I will never buy this again. Sadly I bought a few because of the great reviews.

A delicious treat
I used the bread mix before to get off pills for diabetes. That worked but I got lazy and stopped paying attention to my diet. Well I'm back and delighted to remember how good this bread is. It is good food, tastes great and has everything I need in a gluten free, low carbohydrate, alternative to wheat bread. They call it "sandwich bread" and you can use it for that but it is unlike your typical, wheat "air" bread. I usually have mine as a single slice, delicious treat.

My gluten intolerant Girlfriend said “ This is the best gluten free bread I have ever had”.
I made this for my girlfriend who gluten intolerant and has successfully been on a Keto diet for over 6 months and thirty pounds: she loved this stuff! My tricks: I followed directions through step two; after whisking / immediately after the dry is absorbed/ I used a Fork to toss the material with as much air as I could: like making scrambled eggs...Before I let the dough rest I gently moved the mixture into a pie shape onnthe bottom of my mixing bowl/ covered the mix with a dry towel for about an hour.To my eye this gave the mix quite a bit of air in the mix i did not want to disturb so I fut the “Pie” into slices then pieces that fit the into my coconut oiled (small muffin) tin: baking at the recommended 400 degrees for 15 minutes gave me a pretty tasty result.Ironically we order the Oyster Air oven to reheat them. Niw I’m considering modifying my recipe for the air oven...yum

Just not a pleasant flavor
I tried both the rustic loaf as well as the white loaf. I just didn’t care for the flavor and it was extremely hard to toast up. There was some sort of weird aftertaste that I couldn’t put my finger on but it wasn’t pleasant.
