Nice Sizes - 5 yr olds, can grip them and examine
My first box was missing 2 rocks but the seller sent a replacement box very fast, in just two days and I was ready to show the kids in my classroom (5 year olds) this nice rock collection consisting the three types of rocks (Igneous, Metamorphic and Sedimentary). These are unpolished rocks which is better - so children know what to look for in their neighborhoods or while traveling. Size of rocks varies and I found they liked the bigger rocks best that fit into the palm of their hands. It includes a nice brochure describing the rock cycle too along with pictures of each rock in the set. I've ordered other rock sets but this one was perfect for identifying the rocks and for further exploration by the children as part of the subject of science.

It’s rocks
This kit is nice for making observations and doing testing. I bought 2 boxes and one had a few mixed up rocks, so I had to re-sort them.

Disappointment, not what was sold.
No pamphlet, same exact rocks in multiple spots, no ideas which rocks are which, which does not help since I get this for a kids school project and we wouldn’t even tell if all three types or rocks were incident due to the repetitive rocks in the sets, no pamphlets, no incineration which type of rock was which. It was honestly one of the worst purchases I have made.

Rocks came unlabeled and jumbled up
Received in a decent cardboard box with a foam separator inside. Better than other brands BUT THEY CAME ALL MESSED UP and unlabeled. Not a professional kit. Looks very low quality for an educational kit.I found it alarming there was a “Cancer and Reproductive Harm” sticker on the box!I don’t believe the price I paid justifies it being a quality tool. The other reviews were right: jumbled mess, nothing to identify the rocks. It took me an hour to Google the rocks and identify them.Really annoying.I believe if the company could consider including a foam topper or sealed topper for the separated foam piece to keep all rocks separate and include labels or a guide.

Good but bad packaging
The rocks are good but the box wasn’t taped or sealed so it only came with 11 rocks all jumbled up. One was probably lost in shipping.

Only 2 Rocks
The shipment was fast, however, there were only 2 rock pieces instead of the 12. Returning it is a hassle and UPS store is far from here. I will change this review when I receive a complete kit with 12 rocks.
