Any instrument maker, woodcarver, cabinetmaker or other woodworker, will be surprised at how versatile these drawknives can be. Our small drawknives are designed for working to close tolerances. They are hand-forged from a lamination of Yasuki "white" steel and soft steel. Each blade is individually tempered to Rockwell c64 in such a manner as to create a hard edge, with a soft inner core. To facilitate obtaining the sharpest possible edge, the back of the blade is hollow ground. The handles are made from Ho Wood. Each drawknife comes razor-sharp.
