Does not do what it says it’s going to do. I was under the impression that if one of my Internet signal’s company and was down or so slow it might as well be doubt that it would switch over to the other Internet connection but it doesn’t do that that’s why I’m giving it only one store. It’s a useless machine

We're working on some branch office type of projects for our customers. Was looking for an all-in-one solution that can support VPN connection to the center site while giving Wi-fi coverage to local customers. This model meets the requirement and performed decently which made me a repeat customer. Had a couple of questions initially but their customer service was helpful and responsible. Guys are open to advice and requirements as well. Thumbs up.

Good router but misplaced WAN2 port.I spent half a day trying to configure it. It behaved really strange. Pinging all the ports helps to figure out where the really WAN2 is. (on the photo attached)

We were specifically looking for a reasonably priced router that supports two Internet connections (2 WANs), at least three LAN connections, and WiFi, and this was one of only a few that met these requirements and did not have a lot of issues, so we ordered it.The product arrived on time a couple of days later, and was well packaged to protect it during shipping.Thanks to the Quick Installation cheat sheet, setting the router up and connecting it to our various computers and modems was a breeze. There was minimal configuration required to get it going, and within a few minutes, everything was working - and faster than our previous wireless router / modem too.The only weird thing that happened was with an Android smart phone - we got this connected via WiFi and working fine in the evening, but the next morning, it could no longer access the Internet, even though it was still connected to the router.After fooling around for a while, checking out settings, etc., we decided to contact UTT support via email, and were pleasantly surprised to receive a response, with a fix, within just a few minutes.We implemented their recommended solution (a firmware upgrade, which went without a hitch and only took a couple of minutes), and everything was working fine once again.While it's only been a few days since we set this router up, we're impressed with it so far, and UTT gets top marks for their excellent customer support. We would recommend that you try them out if you need a VPN load balancer.

Has worked well so far. Remains to be seen later on.

L2TP VPN is problematic, but all other features seem to work as advertised.

So far so good. For me, it was mostly plug it in and go. All I've done was configure the SSID and password. Haven't fidgeted with the advanced stuff.

I purchased to use as a simple WAN failover. 2 hours messing with the wireless and 1/2 of my laptops would not connect and get an IP from the DHCP. What was very disappointing was the fact the web management does not have HTTPS. The GUI is not very intuitive. Oh and there is a list of characters that you can't use for a password #$! etc... why would these be off limits? The Software needs updating, I think I am going to buy a used EA6900 and load Tomato Shibby. WAY more options and about the same cost.
