Product is not working after being rarely used
We bought this product in Feb 2022, and used it for one month and packed it for the next winter. We have opened it now and the heater is not working However, the fan is blowing. seems like a cheap product. It comes with 1 year warranty

الجهاز جيد وامن
علي الرغم من انه مزعج لكن هذا ما يجعل الجهاز امان وهو وجود قطعه بارزة اسفل الجهاز وهي السبب في ان الجهاز لا يعمل في حال وضع الجهاز علي السرير او سطح ناعم ولابد من وضعه علي سطح مستقيم قاسي و في حال وقع الجهاز فيتوقف عن العمل فورا بسبب القطعه في اسفله

احمي نفسك وعائلتك من القنبلة المؤقته هذه !
لقد قمت بشراءه في عام 2022 والمنتج بتدفئه ممتاز ولاكن لديه عيب قاتل وهو ان الفيش لايتناسب مع الدفايه وعند تشغيل الدفايه على اعلى قدره لها بتدفئه سرعان ما يتم توليد حرارة فظيعه لدى الفيش وعند استخدامك له لمده اكثر من 20 د سوف يذوب الفيش وقد يسبب لك حريق بلمنزل فلذلك المنتج غير امن ولا انصح به اطلاقاً
