I was skeptical about purchasing these. After all, it's all the rave and my little girl wanted some sparkle in her hair. These shipped in a timely manner and as soon as they arrived, I opened them. I watched a short video on youtube on how to apply "mermaid hair", and within a couple of minutes I was done. I also put a couple in my hair. They lasted about 2 weeks in my daughters hair. One came out on day 2, but really it's all in how you put it on. The strands did not break, or get ruined. Great product!

I bought these to make my daughter's hair "pretty" for her 5th birthday party. My aunt does hair professionally and taught me how to tie them in. They are not terribly difficult to tie but they break easily. My daughter has very fine, thin hair and it was difficult to do in her hair but they are staying in longer than they are in my hair. I have thick full hair, they were easier to tie in but are falling out quickly. I'd recommend for a short period of time but not if you want something long term.

I love it but I only wore it once and the day I wore it, I wore the gold...and I went to the ATM and I went back to my car and was putting the cash in my purse and then a strange man walked up to my window and knocked on it and asked me to roll down my window and then told me I had the most beautiful hair he has ever seen....it creeped me out...he was creepy....who does that...who knocks on a girls window at the bank ? so anyway...I won't be wearing these again....

Got this at the request of my girlfriend who is thrilled with it! The strands are easy to put in and tend to stay in for quite some time without breaking. The colors are vivid and most importantly-- "sparkly". This is a big thing now-a-days and I'm glad she is happy...as long as they aren't going into my hair! ...and to be honest, I do kinda like the way they look-- just a hint of sparkle in the hair that you will notice, but won't draw too much attention. Check them out!

I don’t know why my experience was so different than many of the reviews here-but the tinsel I received was very thin and broke easily. I wasn’t able to get ahold of it to tie because of that. It was very different than the “professional “ tinsel my daughter has.

Cute hair tinsel but good lord I can't figure out how to use them...even after watching 500 youtube videos. Total #momfail

This was a great purchase! I only wish the packaging was easier to maintain so that the hair tinsel didn't become tangled.

I love the way they look but VERY complicated to apply and they get literally EVERYWHERE

WOW i am sooo happy with these, they arrived 7 days BEFORE the earliest estimated arrival date i am thrilled with them! they are long with is perfect for me as i have pre bonded extensions which are 20" the same length as the tinsel however people with shorter hair can even cut them into two strands or even three! cannot recommend them enough thank you soooo muchhh and very cheap as a local hair salon charges £2.50 per strand and would of cost me an absolute fortune!!!! thank you so much

These are very disappointing put them in a clients hair yesterday, I am a hairdresser too so know what I'm doing. They are too short and broke straight away they are the same quality as the strands of tinsel you throw on your Chirstmas tree. wouldn't recommend.
