La mere poulard has been baking in mount saint-Michel since 1888. Their biscuits are made from carefully selected ingredients using recipes created in France by the famous chef, la mere poulard, in her famous restaurant at mount saint-Michel, the most well known unesco heritage site. Eat them with your coffee or tea, or on their own. All are wonderful and delicious.
