With so many mixed reviews, I was unsure about taking the plunge with this toothbrush, but I'm so glad I did. I read a lot of complaints about how people just don't feel that the toothbrush cleans as effectively as their sonicare, oral b, or other electric toothbrush brand, but it's not really supposed to work as one of those brushes. You need to move this brush as though you're using a manual toothbrush. The sonic vibrations help dislodge plaque and buildup under the gums.What I love most about this brush, is that I can push harder and know I won't be harming the enamel on my teeth as I would with a nylon brush. I have an issue with brushing too hard, and this brush is gentle enough that I don't have that problem. Between using this toothbrush and brushing with activated charcoal with a manual brush a few times a week, my teeth have never felt smoother or looked whiter, and I feel my breath stays fresh for a much longer time as well. That tells me it is effectively removing plaque and germs that cause bad breath. Not only that, but the hygienic aspect of silicone in itself is a selling point! I'm impressed, and although it's an adjustment, I'm very happy I went with my gut on this one!My ONE complaint is that the brush head is rather large, and I've got a smaller mouth. However, the base of the Issa still fits the heads of the Issa mini, so (in SIX MONTHS! Yes another selling point!) when I need to replace my hybrid head (I've been using the hybrid attachment, not the entirely silicone head), I'll just purchase a hybrid Issa mini head! I'd say that's worth every penny!

Do not buy - it stopped charging after just 6 months. How do I get my money back, for 200 it is not fair. I liked this toothbrush because it's easy on the gums and requires very little charging which for me was the best thing. The brush does not clean as well as manual or other electronic brush because I tested it by brushing then going over with a scraper to see what gunk is left behind and there was always more than I wanted but again because it's so easy on the gums I didn't mind the additional work of scraping leftover plaque. I charged it twice in the 6 months I had it which was already more than I was expecting based on instructions so I should have guessed it was defective. The second time i charged it it just would not turn back on. I troubleshoot made sure it was not locked mode and nothing worked. I'm bummed out by this and cannot trust this company or was it defective seller on amazon. All I know is im out 200 flushed down the toilet. If anyone knows how I might go about getting my money back please let me know.

This product is cute but it doesn’t thoroughly clean your teeth. Nice gadget that vibrates on your the tooth surface instead of scrubbing the plaque off. I would rather use a real tooth brush.

I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews, but people need to understand you still have to move the brush like a manual toothbrush. I work in the dental field and I love this better than my sonicare. I've had this for about two weeks now and absolutely think it is the best. I also have braces and it still cleans great

I purchased this product in July 2017It is now Oct 2017 and the head has broken clean off .. I went to Foreo web site to register product but it's not a valid registration numberThis tooth brush 2 year warranty and 10 yearQuality guarantee .. I would like instructions on how to get a replacement or refund ? I will keep this post updated to see how this company handles my problem .. I am sharing photosI got the same kit for my husband the black setI will post photos or what it should look likeI really enjoyed the toothbrush but not worth the money 200?if it only last 2 months and handled with careI would much rather go back to sonicare

I ordered this toothbrush and within a week of using it the top part had broken off without repair. I can't believe that for basically $200 this item would be such cheap quality.
