No Gnata, No smell, More soil for more food
We always had gnats when we had fruit or vegetables. Many other food waste items drew them once they were in the kitchen. This little bucket not only keeps the gnats but it completely suppresses any smell from items in the bucket with a charcoal fliter in the lid. We like the idea that the recycled organic material returns to the food stream instead of being permanently locked away in a landfill

It is perfect. Has a charcoal filter do it's contents does not smell Big enough for my vegetable scraps and leftovers. Small enough to fit easily in the cabinet under the sink and pretty enough to sit on the counter while I am prepping for dinner

Perfect size.
Perfect size. I live in Italy where we are mandated to recycle all wet/food trash, so when I saw this online I immediately ordered it. It turned out perfect. I sit it at the corner of my sink counter-top where I can easily dump all wet trash. Not entirely sure how well the charcoal top works, as I can smell trash within a few days of using without emptying, but maybe that just means I need to empty sooner. Otherwise it works great!
