Q: With the bt feature does this allow for pairing with BT headphone for audio output.

I only use it to hook up my phone or my computer. More like an input, not an output.

Q: Can someone tell what comes in the box along with the mixer?

Nothing else comes in the box except for a plug.

Q: Can i change or remove the bluetooth pin code somehow?

Yes the instructions are in the manual.

Q: can it be use with 220 V AC?

I wouldn't use it with 220 V AC It only lists 110.
