Best product
I recently purchased it and it has been amazing portable to take to my native place. The setup is incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes, and it's surprisingly sturdy for its compact size. The mattress is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and I love how easily it folds away. Whether for guests or camping trips, this bed is a reliable solution that I highly recommend.

Terrible quality
Poorer than poor quality, on first use itself there is no support for the back. The bed woven surface totally hangs loose. Terrible for uour back. And there is no option to return. Even the request to replace item was not entertained and there is no way to get in touch with seller. Not even worth the price of the cheap box it came packaged it. Minus five stars. Zero for consumer service. Stay away.

It should be replaced with heavy duty
This is very light in weight. Folding pipes is very thin and Niwar is not proper size and it is not proper specification so I am accepting heavy folding coat structure.

Worst Product and mismanagement from Amazon
One of the worst product I have ever received. Please do not get into this scam. The product I received was of very bad quality and I have requested for a replacement and they are not able to send me a replacement product. Amazon also is not able resolve this issues and they are holding the money without picking the very bad product I received. Rather than ordering this product and wasting money, please donate that money for a good cause.surprised to see the way Amazon is not caring their prime customers.
