I can only come up with SEVEN B Vitamins in this Super 9-1 Complex!YUMI Vitamin Company makes and distributes this product in a responsible way from natural ingredients. The bottle is over large but it’s not causing negative issues on the product. A simple, well written label contains all the necessary information and a lot number and expiration date are printed on the bottom of the bottle and mine is 1 year and 10 months in the future.All things considered, firm gummies, good flavor, economical and no trouble with sticking to the dental work✨

These are just ok. They are very sticky, stickier than many gummy vitamins I've tried. The flavor is also kind of meh, so it's not like it's a treat to have my daily gummy like it sometimes is. One positive feature is that the dosage is only one gummy per day, so the relatively small bottle will last a while (unlike with some gummy vitamins that seem to last only a couple of weeks). I'm not sure if it's enhancing my energy, but I don't eat much meat, and I'm glad to get the B-vitamins in gummy form. Still, not sure that this is the best gummy out there and next time I'd probably try another brand.

After taking these gummies, I found that they seem to be doing their job, which is partly to give one a little more energy and protecting your immune system. They taste pretty good, and the price is decent for what you are getting. Since these are gummies, anyone can take them. They are flavorful and I like the fact that they seem to be helping quite a bit. I would purchase these again.
