Super easy to install!
Exactly what I needed to add another port in my garage. Super easy to install and has all the components needed to get up and running. The wire included was plenty long for my purposes.

Great utility outlet in basement or garage.
All the parts needed to install a utility outlet with low voltage control for the Central Vacuum. The only issue is the provided wire is about 4 feet, so unless you are attaching it next to your vacuum you'll need some more wire

Incomplete.
Received the kit which comes with a good amount of wire but the outlet has no terminals. I'm not that mechanically inclined to be able to make it work. It didn't come with instructions or an engineer.

SECOND order, and AGAIN, outlet not as advertised. No terminal pins on outlet to connect electrical wire.

Missing a pogo pin but Amazon replaced it with a new one.
I ordered this for my garage vac port. The pipe is exposed and comes down the wall in my garage to where the vacuum used to be mounted. After I moved the vacuum into the basement, I decided to add this to the existing pipe so that I could have a port in my garage, rather than capping it. The first one I ordered was missing one of the metal contacts (pogo pins) that energizes the vacuum when you plug the hose in. I immediately initiated a return and Amazon shipped me a new one that is fine, but apparently there is a quality control issue at the manufacturer level. If you order one be sure to open the package and inspect it immediately and not throw it in a bin to use later or else you may be past the return window when you discover that yours is missing an electrical contact.

Easy to install in an existing suction line.

Loose fit. Requires strong adhesive
Product is good quality pvc and activates the vacuum properly every time. It's small and doesn't take up alot of room so if space is am issue this one is for you.

Pogo Pin Missing
When I received the order metal contacts were in place however when I started the installation one pogo pin fell out, very frustrating.
