This item did not work. I replaced with another monitor dlink that works like a charm.

We feel that our privacy is being violated and if this continues then we would like a refund
My husband and I bought this camera to watch our baby while she sleeps and we have had several instances where there is a 3rd party "viewing" her at the same time we both are logged in and and we are very concerned. The other day my husband and i were in our childs room playing with her when we noticed that the camera followed me as I walked from one side of the room to another. We feel that our privacy is being violated and if this continues then we would like a refund. This can not be tolerated and we do not feel safe in our own home. We have tired changing our password multiple times and there continues to show another party viewing. Please respond as soon as possible. both the phone number and email address on your website is not working.

Very poor connectivity to WiFi
Very poor connectivity to WiFi. Alarm is nonexistent. One must stand in front of camera to activate alarm. Instructions seem to be written by some one with very limited english proficiency. Basically get what you pay for.
