The media could not be loaded. It took a few tries with my parrot but he just wasn’t interested, he’s a funny boy. However my rats love this now. It took a few times of having no front on so they could get the treats & know they’re there, then they eventually worked out how to spin and use it with the front on. Great enrichment and they always seem chuffed when they use it haha

My GCC loves it. It is a bit flimsy so be careful with it but no complaints here. It would be better if the screw plates were wider though as the bar spacing between cages isn't the same for all cages so I'm limited about where I can put it

Product arrived with a scratched bowl section and a cracked cover. It might still be in working condition to keep.The cover is not transparent. There is a matte finish to it (I tried to see if this was a sticker that could be removed but it doesn’t seem so. )Perhaps the product needs to arrive in bubble wrap or a box instead of a ziplock plastic bag!?Overall, not happy with the quality but let’s see what my rats think of it.

Going to have to keep a eye on this for my Grey. When lid is screwed on. You can pull apart. Only a little bit. Which I'm not shore if he would catch himself. I will let you know.Also the bars on his cage are to wide & hubby had to sort out a bar to fit it ( please see photo )Follow on from my previous reviewAs I said I didn't like the gap. My Grey did get his beak in it. Also where the screws are he kept biting the plastic & eventually did manage to break it.( please see the photos )So it's out of the cage & now I am using it to store pins in it. For my sewing

They loved it and started using straight away, was also really easy to put together and attached to the cage nice and securely.

Great fun for our little bird. A bit fiddly to attach and reattach, but manageable!

The media could not be loaded. Great for my very food motivated conure, she hasn't quite got the hang of it so it's more chance when she gets something but still keeps her busy! Would recommend larger pieces of food (I use walnut) over seed as I can see that would be messy!

Arrived with yellow fluff inside it, metal and plastic was dirty and tarnished. Edges poorly cut with sharp “seams” where the plastic joins. Assembly is easy enough though there isn’t any guidance. Yet to use but so far disappointed with the condition I received this in
