Works for Big-Armed Folks - measure at largest arm circumference!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU. THANK YOU EMILY!So exciting to know that the founder of MightyWell is right here in New England! My MightyWell Picc-line cover is a blessing! As I recover from an infection following knee replacement surgery which requires 4 weeks of picc-line direct-to-heart antibiotic treatment, my MightyWell product has bought me so much relief, comfort and confidence, and enables me to live my normally active life pretty much the same as before the picc line.I have one request: the XL cover is only available from Amazon in black. Even though I'm a guy, I like a little color and variety in something I wear daily. Is there a chance I can get an XL cover in blue or green or a geometric pattern? That would be great. I hope to hear from Emily or someone from MightyWell regarding this. Thank you!

Great idea, doesn't stay in place
This PICC line cover is a good idea, but execution is somewhat lacking. I really like the design in concept. The ability to extend the PICC through a buttonhole on the upper portion of the sleeve and fold the lower portion up over it to keep it secure and off of the skin would be great if it worked well. Unfortunately, it doesn't stay up. I did see the recommendation that, if your arm size is borderline, you should choose the lower size, as covers that are too large will not stay in place. My arm size is at the upper end of the range for the size cover I purchased, and it still comes down within minutes if I am moving or doing anything other than sitting with my arm still. It is also over priced for the quality of the product. That is not to say that the quality is poor, but it isn't especially high quality and is not worth the price, which is around twice what other PICC line covers cost. I was willing to pay a premium price for this design, assuming it would also be a high-quality product. The fabric is very thin (if you hold it up, you can see through the black fabric) and this isn't necessarily a problem, as it should be breathable to prevent build-up of moisture on the skin and bandage, but it simply lacks the elasticity to keep itself in position (at least, in my experience). Having seen and used the product, I see no justification for the $30 price. The bottom line: I used this product for 2 days and then set it aside in favor of another sleeve. I got two for half the price, it stays up, and it does the job adequately.

Not at all what was expected
May work for people with skinny arms or arms that are the same thickness at the top, middle, and bottom but if you have any curvature of your upper arm at all this sleeve rolls and bunches up constantly. Elastic bands at the ends are very thin and doesn't seem to do anything to hold the ends in place and prevent rolling up or down. The whole thing is made of a very thin spandex/nylon like material not much thicker than pantyhose. Didn't work for me so I'm returning it and overall it just doesn't seem like it's worth the price.

Too soon to tell, but good
Haven’t had much time with it, but I ordered a black and I got blue. Also it falls while sleeping. I’ve had to tape it up so it doesn’t move.

... from PICCPerfect are absolutely among some of the most amazing women I've met
Emily and Maria from PICCPerfect are absolutely among some of the most amazing women I've met. Not only are they business savvy, they're wonderful people as well. They're kind, patient, understanding, and have a wonderful way of relating to customers. Whenever you have a concern they address it in the quickest, most professional, and pain free manner. I've had TERRIBLE luck involving PICC sleeves and other companies, and am so grateful to FINALLY have purchased at PICCPerfect product. I recommend it 100% across the board. It's comfortable, breathe able, and also great for those of us who have incredibly sensitive skin that get hives easily. PICCPerfect's Maria and Emily are just fabulous, I absolutely would recommend their product to everyone who needs a PICC sleeve.

Cover
Very light weight and comfortable but stretched a little too much and just hung off my PICC line.

Runs small
Design was ok but even using the measurements of the size guide, it ran small. My wife preferred an old stocking cut to length and that is what we ended up using.

Fair
The material is soft andvthin which is nice but because my sons forearm is bigger at the top than by his elbow it keeps slipping down. The little rubber inserts aren't enough to keep it up. Possibly Velcro as the top and bottom might work.
