Very good book with detailed information

The only minus would be a lack of index for the health issues.Good that it had warning for some points reminding to be extra careful.

Acupuncture meets Anatomy

This is an amalgamation of 2 books into one - a guide to acupuncture points and the concise book of muscles. This book is exactly as stated 'A guide!' And so should the be criticised gor lacking substantive content. It has everything that you need to reference in an acupuncture book coupled with anatomical references of myotomes and dermatomes for each of the acupuncture points. This is important information for those Acupuncturists that have an interest in orthopaedic acupuncture and like to treat in a segmental way using Huatuojiaji points to affect the sensory and motor nervous system. For the price of the book and the packed information, it's a steal. Thank you Chris and Lynn for a great book.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR A Practical Guide to ACUPOINTS Paperback – 1 May 2018 By Jarmey and Bouratinos

I originally bought"A Practical Guide to ACUPOINTS Paperback – 1 May 2018 by Chris Jarmey and Ilaira Bouratinos. I noticed that "The Definitive Guide to ACUPUNCTURE Points: A Practical Approach – 16 Sept. 2021" was billed as a later edition of the Jarmey and Bouratinos book on ACUPOINTS. It is not. The later book deals with acupuncture and has no references to manual techniques etc. Furthermore it has no index at the back and no reference tables relating acupoints to conditions etc. It appears to be theoretical a text book for acupuncture students.
