The book is very informative, concise and a gem of a book but the shipping is very bad.
The books I a gem and I won't speak about it ,it deserves 5 star.. but the shipping is very bad. The book's back cover was torn when I recived it and even after I replaced it there was still some damage to the cover...

Starts off brilliantly on the evolution of our brain, gets a bit too technical later & ends abruptly
The opening chapters are a brilliant introduction to our brain in the light of discoveries in neurobiology , developments in AI and how evolution has productionised the brain for optimal efficiency & survival as a species. Does a reality check of the hype around AI/Deep neural networks in comparison to the capabilities of the brain. Later gets a bit too technical and drifts away from a pragmatic description of how we learn only to end abruptly. But as many have described, will expand our horizons of understanding of the brain

This book is for those who want to understand where ML/AI comes from?
Seal of authoriy is all over the book. The author deep understanding is clear and flows effortlessly through the book. The book is revelation for those who want to understand AI/ML operations in our Brain. However, the focus on the most important topic - how to learn- could have gotteen more focus.
