Honestly, purchased this blanket for my dog. It is cute and lightweight and easy to throw in the wash and dry. I bought 2 so I can rotate them when one is in the wash. My English Golden Retriever loves it. The fabric is easy to shake dog hair off outside. It works for me.

It's pretty thin. Soft outer cover. I like it, but definitely not for cold temperatures.

I was back and fourth on a few of these smaller blankets, looking for a lightweight blanket that could be stuffed into our suitcase on a drawn out summer move (air mattress at our old house, visiting sister's house, flight, hotel, grandparent's house, new house). 😟 I didn't want a big blanket, but also not crib size since he's a big 2yr old. All of our belongings were in a POD for a month and my son likes stability, so he was able to use this and his Snoopy to keep sane in the uprooting. It was perfect. It's so soft. It was smaller at 37x45 instead of 39x51 as advertised. But I couldn't return or try again so it worked for us.
