Leathernu Complete Leather Color Restoration Repair Kit, New

I was re-coloring a worn area on my leather chair.... The leather is burgundy / dark brown. I tried for 3 hours to color match. I used all the brown and red/blue/yellow without getting close to the right color. I was applying the product to a hidden area inside the chair.... I sincerely liked the final "dried" product, but if it is NOT the same color, it doesn't work.... There is very little or no guidance on mixing colors...... Again, the straight dark brown was not a match. Adding varying amounts of black never matched. Varying amounts of red/blue/yellow and brown and black, never matched. This is a very common leather color and is a dark burgundy. If the company could give me a clue on a possible mix, I would buy the product again because it covered great.......
