Broken pieces
Whilst the puzzle was value for money, a sturdy and challenging puzzle annoyingly there was a few broken pieces (the puzzle 🧩 is made of balsawood). Tried to contact the supplier via email but received no response. Did it ruin my enjoyment - no, but it’s slightly frustrating the the supplier advised us to contact them if anything was wrong with the puzzle before leaving a negative comment. I emailed but no response.

Really good for that price
One of the puzzles was broken but other than that it exceeded my expectation, specially considering a price!

Not good for arthritic fingers
Liked the idea that the jigsaw came in a gauze bag inside a cardboard drawer - except the little pull on the drawer came straight off. The pattern on the puzzle (doors) really nice but the puzzle pieces really stiff and a very tight fit in places - needs a lot of pressure to snap them into place. Ended up with sore fingers and a broken fingernail.

Really good quality! Definitely recommend for someone who loved jigsaw puzzles. Packaging is great for a gift
