Looks classy and has great water pressure especially for a rain head.

I love this fixture! It is good quality, has great water pressure and looks beautiful.In the basement bathroom where we installed this, the shower had to be built up and the shortest setting was not quite short enough. The seller was super communicative and helpful and sent the part we needed in order to install it without the extension.My brother who recently stayed with us said that this was the best shower he’d ever had. :) Highly recommend.

I write the review below after having this for one year. I contacted the seller & for $20 they sent me a new shower head. The new one is far superior & sturdy & not cheap like the first one.I sprayed with rustoleum just in case. It’s too bad I didn’t get it in the first try but happy with the outcome!I like the look of this, but the caps on the hot & cold handles are big & stick out too far so we had to turn turn then inside out…40% of the drain holes in the big shower head rusted & so did the middle nail. We hardly use this shower too & we rarely open a window. It’s juts cheap metal. But it was very pretty out of the box. My suggestion is to spray top with rustoleum when new🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I was so nervous to order these. They are beautiful and very well made. They have a nice, comfortable weight to them. I was scared they would be cheaply made, they were not. We have had them installed for 7 months and we love the way they look and operate. The spray nozzle is amazing too. My daughter said congratulations! You did it! You built a dream shower! We have 2 of these installed in our large double shower and the water pressure is amazing!

So I loved the look of this shower fixture but it was junk. It arrived quickly and looked nice but it isn't made well. The products aren't 100% metal. The part that attached to the wall pipes are easily broke. Ours cracked on install. It leaked as soon as we installed it. Luckily, I did not put holes in the wall tile for the shower pipe and could replace it with a different fixture. We went to build.com for the new fixture which was 100% metal. I saw the poor reviews on this product but bought it anyway. Don't make the same mistake. Because we had the plumbing plumbed for this fixture I only had 1 option to replace it with because the faucet handles needed to be 7" apart. There are not alot of fixtures like this (exposed shower pipes) with that dimension. I wish I had picked another well made fixture first but oh well.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a great product but has a very specific flaw.I really like this product. It was very easy to install, it looks great and it gives a great shower but, what’s not in the instructions is that the knobs to turn the water on and off with aren’t all one piece. The front plate and a little dowels all unscrew off and they don’t come tightened.After the first shower, when turning off the water, one of the front of the knobs fell off and slipped through the cracks of my outdoor shower and now I am unable to retrieve it. Please, make sure you tighten knobs before assembling completely so you don’t suffer the same fate. I hope they sell replacements but I have yet to find any.

I bought this for our cabin we are building. We have not used it yet. Recently installed and a part broke. The company is extremely responsive and we received a new shower after showing images of the defect. We are not experts for installing so we thought it was difficult. Other than that the shower looks very nice installed.

I was skeptical at first to purchase this because it was cheaper than alot out there but glad I took a chance. The fixture is beautiful, solid brass and easy to install. We did have an issue with one of our parts not screwing on but I contacted their customer service through email and they literally responded to me within minutes and shipped out the new part the next day. They also emailed me back after that saw I had received that new part to see if I was satisfied and it worked correctly. I have to say you can't get better customer service. So if your on the fence I say go for it, it is beautiful and affordable and they will definitely fix an issues you might have.

I buy this shower faucet and i realize that the part that was use to connect the shower head and the pole was defect. There is no thread to join the 2 parts together. I send a email to the seller to have a replacement for the defect part but he didnt want to send me one. He didnt want to replace the faucet or give me a refund. So im stuck with a shower faucet that dosent work and i should buy an other one. So frustrated.....
