Great look
Only been using this for just over 4 months and it has a crack on the side :/ the finish however is still in good shape. Not sure when this happened so it could very well have been here a couple months but I KNOW it did not come this way. Also not sure if the crack will go all the way up and render the pump unusable but it still works fine but it IS visible. Not too happy. This should last for YEARS :( otherwise this was a 5 star if it was still in new condition because after 4 months it SHOULD BE. We keep great care and wiping it down and keeping clean.

One good squirt of soap! That's it?
This soap dispenser is very disappointing. It was very easy to install. Filling it was a pain because the bottle hole is very small. But the real reason for giving it such a low rating is the pump mechanism. You'll get one good squirt of dish soap and then nothing after that. The return spring inside the pump chamber is too weak and it won't return to the top for a few seconds. I guess it works with low viscosity liquids and not thicker. This makes the "soap" dispenser pretty useless for multi-pump purposes. I cannot recommend this product for use in the kitchen sink.

Excellent dispesner with one flaw...
It matched the fit and finish of the new faucet perfectly. Installation, as with the faucet was a breeze. Downside is that the soap forms a plug at the end, so when the soap dries out, it splatters all over the sink area when pushed full length. I don't know if this is a design flaw, or just what you get with a soap dispenser. Otherwise, it works quite well, and dispenses just the right amount of soap where you need it.
